Appendix 1 - Schedule of Payments of the Deposit, Rent and Retainer Fee

This Appendix forms a part of the Tenancy Agreement for letting a furnished dwelling house at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on an assured shorthold tenancy under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988

Retainer:

Due on signing of the Contract: £684.00 (Six Hundred and Eighty Four Pounds only).

Rent:

Due on or before Monday 15^th September 2003: £1710.00 (One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ten Pounds)

15 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period:

15^th September 2003 to 29^th December 2003 inclusive.

Due on or before Monday 30^th December 2003: £1710.00 (One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ten Pounds)

15 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period: 30^th December 2003 to 13^th April 2004 inclusive.

Due on or before Monday 14^th April 2004: £1140.00 (One Thousand, One Hundred and Forty Pounds)

10 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period:

14^th April 2004 to 22^nd June 2004 inclusive.
