Appendix 1 - Schedule of Payments of the Deposit, Rent and Retainer Fee

This Appendix forms a part of the Tenancy Agreement for letting a furnished dwelling house at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on an assured shorthold tenancy under Part 1 of the Housing Act 1988

The Landlord will hold this deposit until the end of the Contract period.

Any sum due under the Contract for cleaning, items missing or repairs to damage shall be deducted from the deposit.

Retainer:

Due on signing of the Contract: £684.00 (Six Hundred and Eighty Four Pounds only).

Rent:

Due on or before Monday 15th September 2003: £1710.00 (One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ten Pounds)

15 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period:

15th September 2003 to 29th December 2003 inclusive.

Due on or before Monday 30th December 2003: £1710.00 (One Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ten Pounds)

15 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period: 30th December 2003 to 13th April 2004 inclusive.

Due on or before Monday 14th April 2004: £1140.00 (One Thousand, One Hundred and Forty Pounds)

10 weeks rent at £114.00 (One Hundred and Fourteen Pounds) per week for the period:

14th April 2004 to 22nd June 2004 inclusive.
